What to send when someone loses their mother

A friend: You can be warmer and more direct. You know them. A note that mentions their mom by name, if you knew her, is appropriate. The gift can be more personal, something you know she'd like.
A coworker: Keep it quieter. A simple food basket with a short, honest note is right. You don't need to write much. "Thinking of you during this time" is enough. The gesture is the point, not the length of the message.
A family member: You're likely grieving too, which makes this harder. A gift sent from you to another family member, a sibling, a cousin, acknowledges that you're both in this. It doesn't need to say anything large. It just needs to arrive.
What arrives, and how
Every basket is packed and shipped from the Exeter, NH facility. Orders typically arrive within two to three business days. You can select a delivery date at checkout.
A note card is included with every order. You write the message during checkout. It doesn't need to be long. "Thinking of you" is enough. If you're not sure what to write, we can help.
Baskets can be shipped to a home address or a place of work. They can also be delivered to a funeral home. If you're sending ahead of a service, confirm the address and timing with the funeral home directly, as receiving procedures vary.
