How to Sign Up/Verify Account on ID.Me

1. Click the ID.me button to visit their website and click on the Individual signup
2. Click the Create and ID.me account and follow the prompts
   1. Signup is straightforward. You will be asked to enter your email, set up a password, or use your LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook account to sign up
3. Once signed up, click My Account. (If you do not see this, you need to sign into your account.)
4. Next navigate to the Manage IDs in the My ID section
5. Click on your group (i.e. student, teacher, military, etc.) and follow the prompts to confirm your enrollment by clicking to Begin
   1. If the system is not able to verify immediately, you will need to upload your legal documents for verification. Just follow the prompts at ID.me
6. Once verified, you will be able to return to GourmetGiftBaskets.com and your discount will be automatically applied!

How can you use this discount program?

Our partnership with ID.me allows select groups of individuals to gain access to special discounts. These are not public offers and are only available through ID.me. When on the GourmetGiftBaskets.com site, you can shop for any gifts and add them to your cart. Once you have been verified through ID.me, we will automatically add your discount to checkout.

What do you do if ID.me is unable to verify you automatically?

ID.me has partnered with several agencies to ensure each user is affiliated with your selected group. If ID.me is unable to verify your affiliation immediately, we may need your assistance with additional documentation. For example, a student must provide a student ID with the expiration date indicated. A teacher or first responder must provide their corresponding ID.

Once you upload these documents, the ID.me platform will verify your account. If they are not able to verify your affiliation automatically, you will need to contact their customer support for assistance. (GourmetGiftBaskets.com is not able to complete these verifications.)
