  • Paid Summer Internships Available

    Marketing, Research & Development

    Come join the GGB Summer Internship Program! We are looking for someone to work approximately 30 hours per week in either our Marketing or Research & Development department(s). 

    You must enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, family-run, energetic environment where entrepreneurial spirits can thrive! 

    College coursework in a relevant area of study, the ability to work autonomously, yet ask direct questions of your manager, strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability and enthusiasm are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel) is required. A flexible summer work schedule is possible.

  • Payroll & Benefits Specialist

    Working together with our Director of Human Resources, our Payroll & Benefits Specialist will have direct responsibility for administering all activities relating to our bi-weekly company payroll processing, overall benefit administration and HRIS data entry/maintenance.

    Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree (or High School diploma combined with experience), 3-5 years of experience processing payroll using ADP (Workforce Now), strong understanding of concepts relating to payroll, benefit administration, time & attendance and HRIS systems, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively and have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced MS Office application and numerical skills are required.
  • Material Handler/Receiving Clerk

    Our Material Handler will transport materials, supplies and finished products to designated locations throughout the facility as well as being responsible for receiving product, visually inspecting for any damage as well as verifying quantity and expiration dates of products Material Handlers are also responsible for pulling all product needed on our production lines.

    We are looking for a quick, independent thinker with math skills that can communicate at all levels of the organization. Someone bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired. Reliable transportation necessary. Must be highly attentive to detail and have demonstrated experience operating a variety of lift truck equipment.
  • Business Development Representative

    Our Business Development Representatives or "Personal Gifting Concierges" are responsible for generating revenue in our B2C channel in a variety of ways including; executing a high number of outbound calls and emails to current and past clients - exploring their gifting needs and securing repeat business, as well as building lasting relationships with customers while soliciting referrals for all life's gifting occasions.

    We seek a demonstrated self-starter with a polite, friendly and upbeat personality who has exemplary telephone and written communication skills. The ability to juggle multiple tasks while thinking critically is necessary. Proven experience working within the MS Office suite of products is required. Prior retail experience is helpful. Ability to work extended hours during peak holiday timeframes is required.

  • Corporate Sales Associate

    We are looking for a result-driven Corporate Sales Associate to be responsible for working with our customers to determine their corporate gifting needs. We seek individuals who thrive in a high-volume customer-contact environment (phone, email, etc.) and enjoy recommending the very best gift solutions to their customers – all while meeting daily and quarterly sales goals.

    We seek a demonstrated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a high-volume customer contact environment is required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desired. Ability to work extended hours during peak holiday timeframes is required.

  • SEO & Content Specialist

    Our SEO & Content Specialist will work closely with our Marketing team to continually implement effective search engine marketing campaigns and strategies across our family of brands. The focus of this role will be to maximize organic traffic through content creation, link building, keyword research, and other SEO techniques.

    We seek an individual with 1-3 years of SEO experience in a highly transactional online retail organization. Comprehensive knowledge of how organic search and SEO activities influence search rankings is needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field desired, as well as knowledge of SEO technologies such as, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and critical thinking capabilities, are a must.

  • Associate Product Line Merchandiser

    Our APLM will be involved in all aspects of our product creation process while playing a key role in the collaboration between category and functional teams. In partnership with our Design, Development, and Planning teams, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and creating our seasonal products – including product briefs, analyzing business needs, and understanding customer insights and marketplace needs. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or High School diploma combined with demonstrated experience), have a creative mind and merchandising mindset combined with strong decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within a team is required. Familiarity with MS Office applications is necessary.
