Ahh, summer. It’s the most wonderful season, in my opinion, here in our home state of New Hampshire. Summer should be filled with endless barbecues, eating outside, splashing in the ocean, and long walks on the beach. Sometimes though, we get in a rut with our summer barbecue recipes. I like a burger and potato salad as much as the next person, but I get bored easily eating the same thing over and over. I put together a list of easy summer BBQ recipes so you won’t be eating the same ol’ boring macaroni salad and hot dogs every time you host a picnic.
