For many, St. Patrick’s Day is a day filled with traditional Irish food. I don’t know about you, but corned beef and cabbage doesn’t really do it for me. I do have Irish heritage in my blood and would love to celebrate the day with food, especially given that I work for a gourmet gifting company and all. I did some research to give you a ton of ideas for green food to make for St. Patrick’s Day. Most of these are not traditional Irish fare by any means, but they’ll definitely put you in a festive mood all day long. May the luck o’ the Irish be with you!
