We offer an easy 15 day return policy on shelf-stable item purchases. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way. Please be mindful of the following details about returns:
Return Policy for Perishable Items
- For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
- Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
If a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a refund. Unfortunately, unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable are unable to be resold after they are sent back to us. When this situation occurs, we do offer customers a 20% discount on a replacement order.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 15 days. We're happy to send you replacement items as soon as possible. Keep in mind, missing items may have been substituted.
For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. More is usually on the way but sometimes there are additional delays from vendors. This situation does not occur often but when it does we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value; as per our policy, it is almost always the latter.
