Unceremoniously cast aside on most other holidays, ham is the classic solution to Easter dinner, providing the meal with a substantial and somehow elegant centerpiece.
While the average ham is pretty easy to make without exerting too much effort, even easier still is one that’s already cooked! And that’s where our delicious hams come into play. They’re delivered from a quintessential farm in Vermont, where they’ve been slow-smoked and apple-cured to bring you and your guests an irresistible main dish that requires nothing more than being warmed and plated.
Just heat your oven to 325-degrees Fahrenheit and place the ham in a baking dish with a small amount of water in the bottom to prevent it from drying out. Cover the pan securely with either tin foil or a lid, place the ham in the oven until the internal temperature registers at 140-degrees (about 12 minutes per pound), and serve!
