I crave salty foods all the time but the problem is, many salty snacks aren’t the healthiest choices. However, there are plenty that are. Here are some of my favorite snacks that satisfy my cravings for salty foods while still being fairly healthy. For an extra health bonus, try to find salty foods that have been seasoned with sea salt, which is a little healthier for you than traditional table salt.
